Summary: Manages, coordinates and oversees all activities related to execution of an interior completion at facility of Customer choosing. Ensures the facility, personnel, processes and systems are functioning to quality, safety and efficiency standards expected by JET Aircraft Interior Technical Services and Client by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee modification at facility contracted to accomplish interior completion, monitor existing interior furnishings/components in storage and shipments from vendors to Completion Center. Review progress of subcontracted interior components to outside vendors.
• Ensure systems and processes supporting Completion Center operations activity are established, communicated and working properly.
• Provide Customer with a direct point of contact regarding acceptance of interior components and plans for return of aircraft to Customer.
• Ensure engineering, quality and certification requirements are maintained for interior refurbishment activity.
• Ensure adherence to contract specifications related to interior refurbishment.
• Support Customer reviews and meetings and will sometimes take a lead role in them.
• Facilitate inter-departmental coordination to support interior completion activities.
• Review operations on site staff participating in interior refurbishment activity.
• Maintain oversight of status and progress of interior component refurbishment and report that status to the Customer and senior management on a periodic basis.
• Responsible for reviewing allocation of resources to meet program or Customer priorities.
• Assist in vendor management related to interior components handled by Completion Center.
• Oversee additional contractors and consultants hired in support of completion activity when required by Customer.
• Maintain safe working environment within aircraft at facility.
• Facilitate a positive relationship with Completion Center.
• And other duties as assigned by Customer.


Supervisory Responsibilities

May supervise up to 10 associates involved in various specialized disciplines, if required to expedite program. Accomplish supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Completion Center’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include reviewing employees’; planning, assignments and vendors. Review and discuss additional Customer work requests with Completion Center. Reports any poor performance or ill will of facility employees to Completion Center program manager; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Management or a related discipline from four-year College or university and 28 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience within VIP interiors production environment is mandatory.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
